    It amazes me how many, so called "Professionals" really don't understand the TRUE Nature of compensation plans.  Most just resort to reciting platitudes about how their plan is the best and can really only explain the bullet points provided by their company. 

    To most people, understanding the compensation literature is VERY confusing.  Really, how is anyone expected to keep track of all those CIRCLES?  I'm not going to try to explain the mechanics of compensation plans here...but what is important for you to know is the theory and reasons new plans are created.
